    The good thingsYou can do whatever you want at your own risk and you can achieve goals with a team. It also has high income potential.
    The challengesYou have to work it out especially when you are still starting cause it is not easy to deal and find people and it is not easy to find clients. Skills and attitude should be excellent in order to have higher income, so learning and growing everyday is a must to be successful here.
