    The good thingsYou can enjoy learning many thing inside the company specially in IT field and they won't put you in a single position also there are so many types of people that you will encounter and you will also develop your communication to others.
    The challengesI worked there for 4 years but my employment status was still probationary and my salary don't increase then some of our incentives or commission takes too long before it will release.

    The good thingsIncentives for Sales Technician and Inventory staff but it takes a long period of time sometimes it's about a year before they released it. You can gain friends on different branches. As for me you can learn new things on field of a technician or as a sales.
    The challengesGaining trust of your customers and making them as your friend. Pushing some items that's needed to be sold. Solving some problems that customer encounters for there purchased unit. Making calm an irate customer by helping them.

    The good thingsI enjoy learning new things about computers and new technology. Whenever there are new products and news about computers we are updated by the management. I can assure that the products they sell in PCX has quality.
    The challengesWhen i was working in PCX, the salary is so low. I tried to endure it until my supervisor reassigned me to other branch without proper process nor asking me about its proximity to my home. I hope that they could give their future employees more benefits and perks.

    The good thingsIts a great experience having a job here at Pc Express. I have been working here since 2007, and since I took up Computer Science for my degree, its been a lot of help for me introducing the latest computer parts and accessories. In here, i had build my career thru IT field, and being a retail company I get the chance to try numerous products.I get to know alot of people also.
    The challengesI think its to continue to improve yourself. To never stop learning and honing your skills in the IT industry.
