Unsatisfied with the salary
The good thingsI enjoyed the company of my colleagues at work that makes me work at my best and taught me to enjoy every single day in the hospital.
The challengesEncounters a lot of customers and patients rants; misunderstanding with other departments due to not meeting the needs and poor communication and some cannot practice professionalism and poor ethics.
