Its a stable and known logistic company
The good thingsWe help the receivers and shipper's to maintain good conditions of their packages.
The challengesWhen there are delays and receivers really need their medicines or package's for operations and we can not do anything especially if the delay is due to adverse weather.

    Industrial Engineer (Management Position)
    May 2020
11 to 12 years in the role, current employee
Engineering at the world’s most successful logistics and supply chain company
The good thingsGreat exposure to global logistics. Creativity and ownership are highly rewarded as well as problem solving skills without a template to follow. Strong integrity and culture.
The challengesDon’t expect a grace period once you joined, you’re on your own after a few trainings (but if you know who to consult, there are plenty of helpful people). Too many approvals. Traditional (not too risky). Tasks are too diverse, you’ll be left out if not flexible enough and does not know how to manage time and priorities.

    Too good for this company.
The good thingsSalary is always paid early. Has an opportunity to manage time in relation to the assigned territory especially for field sales executives.
The challengesLocal management lost its credibility to higher management. Therefore, issues on service failures could not immediately be provided with solutions which leaves front liners to face issues on their own. On going retrenchment but could not be disclosed to public.
