    VERY GOOD COMPANY! GOOD WORKING ENVIROMENT
    The good thingsThe company offers good salary & many benefits. The working environment is nice. Co-employees are helpful and friendly. Management is always concerned about their employees and customers. They often have snacks or lunch during meetings. Incentives are given to performers.

    good experience but subpar and disorderly management
    The good things- experience and training - salary is performance based - on a Subjective level, people are kind and are generally easy to work with - transpo allowance
    The challenges- low starting salary with slow progression - no human resources Department for some reason and, oddly enough, the admin staff also serve as the HR - equipment especially the laptops used by engineers are outdated and needs upgrades - equipment requests and reimbursements take a long time to be given to the employee
