    gone are the days when you would highly advice anyone to join this organization.
    The good thingsnot much to say. it used to be a good school. but it eroded into worst in just a few years time.
    The challengesmanagement has no overall direction for the school and functions solely in politicking. most, but not all, are in position due to connections, despite not being qualified or performing very poorly in their positions.

    The good thingsI am able to express myself freely in all views regarding many topics to my students. Indeed a free and open university and an excellent place for learning and scholarship.
    The challengesI was encouraged to develop better learning methods for the students. Research is most welcome to do especially for graduates students in coordination with the faculty adviser.
