I wish I could go back here!
The good thingsThe camaraderie among teachers is inspiring! The teaching load is light relative to industry standards (or at least as compared to those that I know of). The academic heads and the administration are very approachable, accommodating, and supportive.
The challengesJust the usual things that most teachers have to deal with: dealing with few difficult students, the amount of forms to be accomplished, and the extra tasks during school activities (intramurals, foundation week, etc.).
