    Administrative Staff

Cebu City Cebu1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Experienced Administrative Professional with Expertise in Organizational Management, Email Support, and Problem-Solving.
The good thingsI enjoyed the collaborative and dynamic environment at the University of San Carlos, which fostered both professional and personal growth. Assisting students and faculty in administrative operations was fulfilling, and the experience enhanced my organizational, communication skills.
The challengesHonestly, there was nothing I disliked about my previous job. I appreciated the opportunities for growth, the supportive work environment, and the valuable experience I gained. Every challenge I encountered was a learning opportunity that helped me develop my skills and professionalism.

Experience holistic learning and spiritual growth in a university
The good thingsAside from the good standing in terms of academic and excellent performance in nationwide board examinations, the emphasis on spiritual well-being and community building is very much alive in this institution.
The challengesSince this prestigious university has been making waves in all aspects especially with the recent bar and board examinations, the challenge to be at par or to raise the bar in teaching as well as in services is intense.

    University of San Carlos Rocks!
The good thingsThe university is great by itself. It is part of the best universities for the whole Philippines. It has been an honor being there for a whole year. I will definitely be back there. There are a lot of open possibilities to people who want to grow as an individual emotionally, spiritually and financially since the more achievements you have, inside and outside the university counts.
The challengesThere are a little bit of issue in the management style. Leaders and bosses are two different things but as far as I would see, the people in the higher ranks do not usually understand the people who are in the lower ranks or they are just trained the traditional way and needs to be retrained for an advanced way of learning through interaction with each and every person in the university as whole.
