I can say that I have grown personally and professionally working in the previous company.
The good thingsI enjoyed working in my alma mater. It's fulfilling that I used to be a student in that institution but now, I was given the chance to teach.
The challengesThe challenges working for this company is that there are a lot of paper works required for us to finish. And when I say paper works these are really loads of papers that I still have to bring home just so I can reduce the paper in my working space.
