    They provide avenues for the Students, Teaching and Non-Teaching staff the necessary knowledge and skills.
    The good thingsThe University of Nueva Caceres is under the arm of investment of Ayala Education. One good this about UNC is that we produce graduates who has character and personality. The UNC community together with it's stakeholders are continually in the process of making the school affordable yet can give high quality of education to Bicolanos. The goal is for the entire university to be the top university in the Bicol region and in the Philippines as well.
    The challengesThe company can improve in the following areas: first would be the school facilities. Although it is evident that the university is tying to have good facilities, still it is on process. Some of the classrooms are not yet air-conditioned. The laboratories are somewhat small and can't accommodate plenty of students at a time. another thing would be the washrooms. It is somewhat inconvenient because faucets are now old and the tiles needs to me changed.

    Being a student assistant is a good training grounds for me it helps me a lot on how to handle multiple task and handling customer needs and complain

    First job, no problem!
    The good thingsI am under two supervisors and they are very supportive, understanding, and kind knowing that this is my very first job and even if I am not an education major graduate. They really guided me to be knowledgable about the things I should know in the field of education.
    The challengesThere are some instances where I had to work on something as soon as possible even if it was given on a short notice. However, this is where your flexibility and time-management skills will be put to test as an employee.
