    It trained me to be equipped.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the interaction and the relationships built with different types of people may it be student or faculty. The experience taught me to learn and teach from the different people I get to meet everyday.
    The challengesThe challenge revolves around being lax because there is less strict atmosphere in the workplace hence the trainees tends to be a little relaxed. However, the system works well because as a guidance office its quite hard to implement such pressure in the workplace.

    The good thingsWe were given benefits that other company's also giving to their employees, such of which are the insurance benefits, rice subsidy, uniform, and etc. We enjoy the long vacation during December, and the Lenten days.
    The challengesThe challenges working in this company may include pressures from deadlines, the management prerogative about reports and policies, and the employees and the manager's demand. Working here may put you a lot of pressures but would mold you into an effective and efficient employee.
