    Flexible work arrangement
    The good thingsI do enjoy how flexible the schedule in our university.
    The challengesthe main challenge is modernization of some facilities. at this time of review the school already build a new building but due to covid19 i guess operations has been stopped

    The good thingsthey are willing to teach you what ever you want to learn and also they have a high quality in management and time importance. you have to know your communication skills in terms of facing the different kinds of clients. be ready for many paper woks.
    The challengesyou employers will give you a many paper works. you have to do your task quickly.

    My working experiences
    The good thingsI enjoy participating and implying my experiences and my expertise to the learners who are interested to learn more. What enhances me to stay focus in the job are my colleagues who add savor and flavor to enhance working activity.
    The challengesi am always challenge with the smart students and toughest one. Students who can share much of their knowledge to enhance some members of the section. Teaching is a continuous learning and with this job I always found my self to continuously learn in the process and making me good educator.
