    My UA&P Experience
The good thingsThe people are really nice and they offer different activities that would help not only for your professional but also your spiritual growth. The administration staff are very approachable as well as the faculty.
The challengesThe coordination for some activities are quite challenging. Sometimes it is difficult to reserve some venues or sometimes contact certain persons.

    Working as a family
The good thingsThe company encourages its employee to work well but family comes first. Overtime is highly discouraged. It helps its employees get to be firmly rooted to their faith. Treatment is more of a family member than just a staff member. If you need time to spend with your family, they don't mind you taking a long leave.
The challengesIt would have been better if they also increase their employees salary relative to what they have accomplished. They haven't released a performance bonus since 2010. Also, the company has a policy on freeze hiring thus no new employees are hired and only those internal applicants are entertained. Most of the employees are demoralized due to this.

    A retreat
The good thingsFor six years of staying in that company, what i enjoyed best is the people, the people i worked with. From guards, janitors, carpenters, rank and file, staffs and the big bosses. Not only they teach you things professionally but they also teach you to be a better person. Staying there is like a retreat, where you'll learn professionally, personally, mentally and most esp spiritually.
The challengesBeing able to commit a mistake is not a sin. Its a learning process. But sometimes, they'll tell you \"yeah... Thats not the right thing to do... Yeah that's wrong...\" And they'll stop from there. Maybe they can somehow change the way they handle things. They're too kind, and we know tgat too much of something is not healthy.
