    The Plant Management Lacks LeadershipMy experience with this company is satisfactory. The management for the Engineering Department is great, but the management for the Plant is subpar compared to the Engineering Department. The management of the Plant lacks leadership and lacks empathy towards the employees. Some of the employees cannot file a 3-day vacation leave due to the manager declining because a 3-day vacation leave is too long to be out of work. Compared to the Engineering Department, the supervisors here are professional and understands the employee's concerns and listens to its problems. I hope that the higher management should look into this. I hope the higher management checks what's happening to the Plant. For Fresh Graduates, the salary is high compared to the other job offers given by the company. I recommend to the fresh graduates to gain experience in this company and transfer to another company with a good management.

    The good thingsYou can learn many things every day because i am in operations department we have link in every department - you will apply what you learned in your customer service champion seminar that this company provided to me as a first liner in organization.
    The challengesChallenge is you need to have a good relationship with everyone because Operations department/group had link in all department. You need to be patience especially for follow ups received from many people most of the time suppliers followed up payments and many more.
