Valuable but DemandingThe good thingsWhat I’ve enjoyed in URC are the trainings and activities because they helped me learn new skills and improve professionally. I also appreciate the opportunities to interact and build good relationships with employees from different departments. Through these activities, I was able to expand my network, improve communication, and enjoy a positive working environment while collaborating with different teams.
The challengesOne of the challenges in my role as an Operations Analyst Assistant is managing the volume of workload. There are instances where additional tasks outside the main scope of the position become too many, making it difficult to fully focus on core responsibilities and deliver work efficiently. Frequent meetings, trainings, and extra activities also take up a significant amount of time, which sometimes affects the ability to prioritize and complete position-related tasks.
It may also help to review workload allocation and ensure alignment with compensation and benefits. Considering the amount of responsibilities and expectations in the role, improvements in salary and employee benefits could contribute to better motivation, engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
