    The good thingsEqualize opportunity to all employees, they all give prior notice first to their employees inside the conpany for vacant position. And oncintives and bonuses were highky paid.

    The good thingsGood benefits, compensations and salary as well is good. Management is great also.
    The challengesI was able to explore. I was a commerce graduate but was able to cope with agriculture because of this job. I meet a lot of people and was able to develop self confidence and self esteem.
