    My experiences and learnings will most likely be useful..
    The good thingsMy experiences in the company helped me grow in knowledge, experience and as a person. I learned a lot of things. My fellow managers and my boss were helpful in every way possible, there is a spirit of coordination amongst ourselves especially among the members of the company's safety committee. Everyone's support is essential for things to be accomplished as soon as possible.
    The challengesThere are ups and downs, thankfully I learned from my mistakes and treated all this a part of the experience.

    It was a challenging experience and tested my flexibility in terms of assigned work.
    The good thingsGood salary, no daily report, pay cash for overtime, flexibility of work, encounters and meet different kinds of personality in government and private sector.

    it's fun to work in UHI.
    The good thingsEmployees are so warm and friendly. The employer is so chivalrous when it comes to money especially to those employees that she wants. The UHI Dealers they become my friends, because of daily monitoring of there stocks.
    The challengesRecognized the extra effort done by your employees, especially if it is beyond there duties. Give them the opportunity to handle higher position especially if you see potential in them, don't let there knowledge and skills stay as it is.

    The good thingsi can say that my employer is very kind and nice to her employees because of the benefits of the employee gets. She's very caring to his/her employees.
    The challengesthe difficult task i encountered is that the employee when the boss is not around they are not working or not doing her job. So is not fare to somebody who is working while others are not. Then i challenge to tell the boss to observed other employees who is not working.
