My experience at UAS started with high hopes, but after years turned into a lesson on poor leadership. Benefits are not competitive
The good thingssupportive team culture and the company’s drive to stay ahead with technology.
The challengesBU is more focused on hoarding commissions than leading fairly. SM - all smiles in public, but behind the scenes, classic power tripper with zero real support/knowledge for the team. Also, the obvious favoritism, it’s a workplace where politics thrive more than performance.

Good Company at first but if you will survive for 1 year then the horror begins.
The good thingsThey will let you do your work initially. They will trust you initially and they will let you decide initially.
The challengesBU heads doesn't have any limitation specially director/s in Pampanga. They will meddle with your tasks, they will force you to do what they think is correct. They will delegate their work in a sense that you are doing their job/s and they are just collecting their salaries.

UAS may have room for improvement
The good thingsWhile UAS may have room for improvement, it offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth despite some challenges. The lower salary is offset by the chance to acquire valuable experience, and the leadership team, although not perfect, provides opportunities for learning and development. Additionally, the heavy workload and lack of established processes can be viewed as a chance to make a significant impact and contribute to shaping the company's future direction.
The challengesThe salary may not be as high as expected, but it provides an opportunity to demonstrate dedication and commitment while working collaboratively with other departments to enhance communication. While the leadership team has room for improvement, their presence offers a valuable chance for personal growth and development within the organization.

The company that loves to hire
The good thingsGood thing is that they will allow you to do all the things on your own, but if you will not be able to meet your quota, you'll definitely be replaced even you are just a new one.
The challengeslack of so many things but that will somehow mold you.
