    A good place to gain retail experience and improve customer service skills.
    The good thingsThe people working here are friendly and supportive. As a sales clerk, I learned how to properly assist customers, handle products, manage displays, and improve my communication and selling skills. The experience helped me become more patient, responsible, and confident in dealing with different types of customers. It was a good environment for gaining retail experience.
    The challengesThe work can be physically demanding, especially during peak seasons or promo periods. Long hours of standing and handling many customers at once can be tiring. It would be better if there were clearer task distribution and more staff during busy days to help manage the workload.

    Looking forward to it a lot.
    The good things"Great" things like spacious working place, highly automated building in an uncrowded place. Also, benefits like employee discounts at canteen(an almost free lunch) everyday, dorms, shuttles for those who are far from the workplace, and incentives like salary increase under good evaluation performance. Has motivated supervisors/heads which guide us to do our assigned tasks, and approachable co-employees.
    The challengesBeing new to the company, the main challenge for me is how to be valuable for the wellness of this company. Aside from that, workloads and deadlines are bearable because of the time plan set by the supervisors/heads. Other issues are present in almost all companies.

    The good thingsWorking here is really great,. the Boss is a good leader, he trust us when it comes to work responsibilities, he allows us to decide, He is approachable., as long as your doing your job right he doesn't bother to interfere., just deliver good results.
    The challengesmonday to friday please! for those who are 40 years old and above employees, just to at least be given enough time to spend with families... hoping :) please consider

    My experience here is quite challenging as if this was my first job.
    The good thingsSince it was my first job before I didn't see myself enjoying my work because i was shy but when time flies I get much closer to my officemates and so far I am enjoying now my work here in Unitop. Be brave, Don't lose hope. ALL IS WELL.
    The challengesIndividuals must learn and accept there mistakes. No more issues. We should be one as a team for this company.

    The good thingsNew and beautiful office, good ambiance nice and friendly people The Company is well paid for employees with benefits; they improve your professionalism that co-workers are nice and gentle, and for me, this company is a great help for giving a good salary and makes my career better. lots of free dormitory accommodation, shuttle bus, rice and employee discount at the store and canteen. I cannot get ten years in this company if the company is not good enough (smile)

    Great place to work, everyone is nice.
    The good thingsFree shuttle Service Salary paid on time Free Rice on Lunch time. Employees have a 20 percent discount on Canteen. No work on holidays With vacation and incentive leave.

    The good thingsI learned about being book keeper encoding not just only typing all the amount in the receipts... i learned if it is vslid and non valid and what are the account titles that used in.... and i learned to be more carefull on encoding filing payroll.. computing ewt. And to be flexible at the same time because the work in tax dept. Is multitasking.
    The challengesMultitasking is the more challeng work here bec. My task is not only one... and another thing is how i finish my task my boss will always giving me deadline that s why i really much concentrated to my work.
