    A Christian Work Community
    The good thingsI love that it is a Christian company because I am a Christian. I love how they take care of their employees not just on financial, emotional or work issues but also on spiritual. They have a lot of activities that will help employees lighten up from the stress. Also, they care about your family so they don't let us work overtime or on weekends (unless there are outdoor events). I also like that we don't stay at the office all the time, they also let us work outdoors.
    The challengesThe only challenge was the traffic because it's in Makati. I'm also not comfortable with my boss there but other than that everything is okay especially the owner of the company.

    The good thingsThe company's culture is big on professional and personal growth. as an employee, you will be given projects in the workplace to push you to challenge and develop your leadership skills. Not only that, but the organization provides you every opportunity to up-skill yourself. The engagement programs are also awesome! Overall, the company promotes a well-rounded experience for employees. The area is easily accessible since the building is along Buendia.
    The challengesNothing out of the usual challenges encountered in any organization. Personally, the most notable is losing weight. There's too much food around!

    Good and Bad in some ways
    The good thingsMy team was great, and the people I enjoyed working with were very generous with their workload and friendliness. They're very easy to talk to regarding leaves and family situations as well.
    The challengesAt the end of the day, the budget restrictions and the upper management politics was just too much.

    Great people and great working environment
    The good thingsThe people, from the management and down, are great. I've learned a lot of things from this company - not just from my boss. But from everyone in this company. They provide great training for people who want to grow and succeed in their corporate career. The support of the management in activities we led we superb. Highly recommended company.
    The challengesI didn't encounter a lot of challenges with this company. Sure, there are a lot of projects and deadlines. But they were all great workmates.

    The good thingsThe people are very fun to work with. The environment you are working with are very light, you can't even think about the pressure in you work. You will enjoy every second of your moments here in this company. You can learn a lot from the people working in here since they are very approachable and they will not treat you as their co employee, but they will treat you as a family. They are very fun to work with. A very nice and great experience for a lot of people since you can also improve your spiritual self in here. Working in here is very worth it.

    The good thingsThis company promotes good attitude towards work. I like the Care Group, a bible sharing and a goal-sharing group which discuss about the opinions and views of each employee to a certain passage, quotes, and the like. Employees on this company always have a good hand to help at difficult times whether its personal or work-related.
    The challengesI left this company because I thought that the opportunities for career development does not aligned with my personal and work goals. They should offer a lot of job positions or promotional opportunities.
