    The good thingsThey have many benefits and bonuses compared to other companies. We have big Christmas baskets from the company and we have a scheduled vacation throughout the year. We have longest Holy Week and Christmas vacations. They are very good care of their employees. Thank you very much Unilab! I will forever be grateful working with you!
    The challengesThere are envious people in the company. Unilab should investigate about their employees. Some are not professional and gangs up on the good employees.

    The good thingsWe have free lunch and overtime meals. We have cash incentives if the company had met or exceeded its quota. We have Christmas party____the food is really good although it is not enough for me. If you become a regular employee of the company you will have a health card.
    The challengesThe need to praise or laud their employees if the employees are doing great so that the latter will have clear hint that the employees have chances of becoming a regular employee.

    I love this company because it first loved me as an employee.
    The good thingsThe company values exemplified by none other than the owners. They really put their employees first and genuinely care for us. I love this company and will stay loyal to it no matter what. I love it that they help without broadcasting it to the world for the publicity. They do it quietly because they are sincere about the intention to help. I believe in this company’s heart and values and I would never trade Unilab for any other company.

    The good thingsUnilab has good benefits for employees and their dependents, esp health benefits. They have rice allowance, per diem, profit sharing as well. The company grounds and facilities are conducive to working and maintaining work-life balance.

    My overall experience while working at Unilab was amazing!
    The good thingsThere are many good things about Unilab. One, is their laboratory equipment. They have almost a 1:1 ratio when it comes to laboratory equipment like HPLC and Dissolution Testers. Second, location. Unilab Research is located near malls like Pavilion, Shangri-La Mall and Megamall so there are many food options aside from the canteen. Lastly, the people you work with. I personally love all of them. They are fun at the same time really motivated and driven.
    The challengesMy workload is not consistent so there are days that you can just chill and finish it within the day and there are some days that it will really drive you crazy. Also, the amount of samples being tested per project is quite plenty so it is really tiring at first but you'll get used to it.
