    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my colleague, although the work is very hard we help each other so no one will be left behind.
    The challengesThe challenge is when we get a bulk of ticket and we are required to finish it at small amount of time. The work should be precise and accurate, one mistake can be a lose of fund to the company or the client itself

    The good thingsThe management is good and as well as the working place. Its very comfortable working. You have a weekends off which everyone working in a call center industry is looking for. Plus UHG offers mainly a health care account suitable for medical profession.
    The challengesSince our account that we are handling only non voice I would say that It is much easier and less stressful compared to voice. And Though we handled new project we still be able to do the project effectively because of the team work.

    The good thingsEmployer provided us free shuttle to and fro the company's site. And the free shuttle's are designated in 4 areas near to MRT stations for employees to be just near.They have monthly and quarterly programs for employees to enjoy, got Zumba, dancing lessons and even Employee training.
    The challengesEven though we have a free shuttle it is still a challenge going to work under Saturdays and Sundays since its only limited for its time0.
