    this company is good for fresh grad only
    The good thingsEmployee is good, you can learn a lot of thing by studying by your self, dont spec to much to canteen, the food there is worst. over all if you are fresh grad. apply to this company but spec the salary is low and to increase your salary you need to wait 3-4 years
    The challengesThe challenge here is you need to be self motivate, if you are fresh grad think your job as OJT. Ignore the salary just get the experience you learn.

    The Challenges in UGEC
    The good thingsThey pay the right taxes and they pay their employees based on what it is in the labor code. They basically treat their employees well. A stable company with a good vision. Serves multinational companies.
    The challengesthere are many employees who are not qualified in their current position so most of the times jobs are not finished and target are not met. Salary review are done every other year so you will not be expecting a yearly salary increase

    Working in a Family-owned Business
    The good thingsFamily set-up is present.....you can feel that you belong. Trainings are will provided.....improvements are very much welcome.
    The challengesHowever, as a family, absence of balance work-life is the challenge. You will be asked to stay longer than the regular working hours. Meeting takes sooo long that you don't have time for your routinary documentary work.
