The one that paved the way
The good thingsI was interviewed by my former manager who was months younger than me. He gave me the chance to be trained under his supervision. Through him, I developed skills needed to be an accounts receivable specialist. Through the years that I was in with the company, I also learned skills in accounts payable.
The challengesIf only the current manager during my stay would have been more supportive about how we should solve the problems we're encountering or came up with ideas that could help us as a group, I would have stayed longer. But unfortunately, we have different views that we cannot resolved and I've taken a different road.
