My stepping stone to IT industry
The good thingsthe salary for me is a start up if you are a newbie to Service Desk role, but the Benefits and the account is generous to their agents. People are so cool and approachable
The challengesDo: for me management need to be more precise and firm about any policy or rule that they will set. We know nothing is constant however a rule or policy that was change/ or changing in a matter of days or week is really a challenge to everyone especially the new ones who are not familiar yet or use to with the process.
