The challengesThis is only applicable in General Santos Cluster, the workplace is highly toxic with co-employees having beef with each other. It's difficult to work or function in an environment in which your superior here (which is a Sales officer and not a fellow Civil Engineer) does not know or balance between a Cluster superintendent or a Sales officer.
