There's a lot of things I have learned about customer service and communication skills.The good thingsI received numerous awards and appreciation, it's really a work place where I was be able to know more about myself and try ways to improve it. My manager has implemented unique learning ways in which she thinks suitable for each of us to be more productive in our designated work assignment. I was just grateful that I was once part of the company.
The challengesMmm, I observed that getting feedback's from customers should be open to every customer in the way they want to relay it to the store, instead of relying only on the online feedback's. And as a worker for me I am not motivated to work only for the salary I value more on the relationship and teamwork.
