    It's nice to work at unilever because I helped my family and we were able to build a house and we were given medical benefits.
    The good thingstraining about safety quarterly sometimes every months, complete benefits give bonuses yearly and Training when the new machines arrives at the factory.
    The challengeswhen the air conditioner is broken it's too hot in the plant. when it rains and there is a typhoon, the roads leading into the plant flood.

    The challengesLate salary. I once had NO salary for 1 and a half month. When I asked the HR why I didn't have a salary, they just charged it to the accounting personnel's error.
