    The good thingsIt's the Unilab unique culture Bayanihan alongside Husay & Malasakit. Employees' benefits are extended to your family. Work environment is amazing! Career growth is also topnotch. As in - you do not worry about your future because they offer a retirement plan plus you are well compensated. :)
    The challengesEvery company has challenges. Unilab is a multinational company, expect there will be times you need to work beyond office hours but it's all worth it.

    A Company with a great culture.
    The good thingsPeople in UNILAB are very accomodating. My internship in UNILAB made me feel that I am part of their company. They are not so strict and we could work with flexibility.
    The challengesThe challenging part is that we are making a Marketing plan for Sekaya Tonalin which is about to be launched during that time. The subject is so interesting. It's a privilege that we have the chance to express our thoughts and contribute to its marketing strategies.

    The good thingsWhat I enjoyed a lot was dealing with my boss with different marketing strategies. This is in relation on how we can improve and deal with our customers in this great pharmaceutical industry. So, I therefore conclude that I really wanted to work again if given a chance in this institution.
    The challengesWhat I did not enjoy was maybe if I am rushing with my reports. For example, if given tasks did not finish in given time, this make me feel nervous and thinking a lot of strategies at the same time. But at the of the day, I'll make it sure that I am ready passing it. That's all!

    Unilab Inc is a great company. It values it's employees.
    The good thingsI enjoy the free travel during Kick off, Mid year or Year end. I also enjoy the co-workers especially bosses who are very professional and friendly natured.
    The challengesExtra workload was given to me so I quit and I had hard time in commuting going to the office. Poor transportation in Metro Manila made me quit my job.

    The challengesThere is always a time that will challenge your patience and dedication at work. The things that challenge me the most is that, when I started working as a newbie there is no one taught me how the work flows, so I studied it by myself with the help of my nice co-employees and I've learned and familiarized myself.
