When growth was diminished by mediocre system
The good thingsThe experience of setting up a new company is very helpful in my professional growth. Seeing the development of putting up a new company from the ground until its inaugural commencement of operation enables me to learn and understand all the different areas of the business.
The challengesSince the company is just starting up, there was no system established making the business decisions and actions inconsistent and at times incomprehensible. For these reasons, I find it hard to implement the plans of activities. Another challenge was coping up with the demands of having to adapt to the new and remote location as the company was located in a rural town in Palawan.
