    A bond like a family, but works like an army.
    The good things- Innovation and teamwork are no. 1 priority - assurance of learning everyday is present - young and feeling young professionals :) so work environment is fun and interactive

    The good thingsThe Management were focused on higher employee engagement which they ensure the improvement and target the strength of their staff. they also arrange a scheduled activity for all the staff to balance work and social life.
    The challengesTraveling from my house to work, But then again, its a challenge and its fun to travel going to work.

    UNA Rocks!
    The good thingsThe management value their employees and really cares for them. The working environment is great as we treat each other like a family. There is open communication and we respect each individual differences. I get to learn a lot of things not only about work, but life lessons as well.
    The challengesMeeting the deadlines and dealing with client. But it's worth it. Without challenges, then life would be so boring.

    My experiencce with UNA
    The good thingsUNA company gave me an amazing experience while working with them. They know how to handle the needs of their employees and they make sure that the employees will have a work and social life balance. They make sure that all the employees will have a healthy lifestyle by creating physical fitness programs and also they are very fair and transparent with the transactions and the salaries being given to us.
    The challengesMaybe for me it would be the location from my house going to work since it is always traffic and hard to ride the jeepneys going to pasig, maybe improvements that the company needs is to add more staff in the admin and expand the office for more employees.

    The good thingsA good working environment specially if your the type of person who loves to gain more friends. And also a good start for those who don't have yet working experience . Your superior will not let you down, and aside from taxation and audit you will learn things beyond your limitation, just have an initiative and courage to learn and to accept more task.. And the management also don't forget to provide what the needs of their employees.. we are like family here. =) There's a good facilities and everything are organized. And also you will learn here how to be aware of your weigh and food that you eat, and also they will teach you to give back to the communities.
    The challengesI think the things that should improve here are the manner of assigned job to each employees. Because there are imbalance distribution of task among the employees. The results is some enjoy the work life balance while the other employees are not , resulting to rendering more overtime just to finish deadlines. Aside from that, There are some employees as if they will be left behind when it terms of learning new things. and that's the sad point. and also the salary is not high compare to private company, but for my point of view that's ok . because we are compensated through learnings and salary. =)

    Good company, great teamwork, flexible management.
    The good thingsEmployees are young, creative and challenged. Everybody is full of energy. I get to learn a lot of things from both clients and my teammates. Trainings and seminars. We celebrate after each victory.

    Will miss working at UNA!
    The good thingsWorking with young accountants. I get to learn new things weekly both applicable for work and personal life. I'm used to the office setting. The convenience it brings. There's a lot of bedspacer nearby. Staying long at the office is comfortable and it smells good. Files are well arranged.
    The challengesThe task and the lessons. I cannot catch up that fast. I have a bossy boss. We follow the committee program like balance diet, English language only, etc.

    The good thingsYou being a leader of a group. Brainstorming and discussing ideas originally coming from each and everyone! I s m talking about being part of a committee. Trainings that help my CPD credits for free. Will be able to sustain the 3 year requirements. Monthly team bonding thru dinner! For free! Yum, yum. Seniors guiding you your work.
