    The challengesOn your first year you will meet different kinds of personalities, you just need to be very aware to whom you will trust. There were those senior employees that will over power your capabilities. The next thing you know, you were just being played by them.

    The good thingsopportunities to handle multi tasks and myriad of available roles
    The challengesOvertime is not compensated well, end-of-month tasks require longer time as expected they will promise you promotion but your salary won't increase, i hope other reviews here were not scripted to just gain good image to applicants, please be real!

    The good thingsI just love it when we do have an occasion here all are required to join the games and other activities as well. I love working with all of my co employees here because we do understand each other well.
    The challengesfirst would be the employer, he needs to understand,listen and respect each employee. second would be the salary because our work is good for 3 persons already and we are not compensated right. change the system in there management.
