As written in "Why join us"....
The good thingsNew circle of friends, new connections and network of people. UKC Builders inc can be your avenue in connecting people from different institutions and expertise.
The challenges"Why join us" : UKC Builders only focuses on the sales and income of the company. High turnover rate, Low employee satisfaction ratings and "extreme" Micromanagement keeps this company from progressing. Once you are hired and experienced the way this company runs for just 1 month, you'll definitely ask yourself why did you apply in the first place. This review may be toxic, but it is how it is. Just like John Lloyd said in biogesic, INGAT!

Great avenue for gathering experience, but..
The good thingsWe practice multitasking, improving our critical thinking skills and making us more flexible. There are tasks that are not related to your skill set yet still given to you. This scenario opens up a new opportunities to learn other skills and competencies. UKC Builders Inc greatly improved my attitude towards work. In my x years in UKC Builders Inc., I developed this mindset "Excellence is expected from you". With this, we are pushed to go beyond our limits and deliver the best service we could offer. There are a lot of not just good but best things in this company.
The challengesAs one of the growing Construction Company in Northern Mindanao, UKC Builders Inc also have a lot of room for improvement. 1. The company must review/revise its policy on the payroll system regarding the holiday pay/overtime/extended time because at the end of the day, all that matters for the employee is the SALARY. 2. Follow the regular employee evaluation for assessment, position movement or promotion. 3. Don't call your employees to work during holidays, off-duty and on leave. We must also consider that employees also have to have time on their personal life. 4. Improve employee retention programs, compensation and benefits.

    Worst work experience
The good thingsI enjoyed working with my department workmates. The people around in my department
The challengesChallenges? A lot.....its hard to served between 2 masters with different attitudes and purpose, your just like a sandwich, that at the end of the story, you will be the one who will be blamed, perhaps, you are just following their instructions. After doing many things for the company, the Management wouldn't see your effort and value, indeed, they would just count the times you've been failed. No career opportunities for you as employee and lack of benefits. Abundance in martial law style.

Good working experience to the branch staffs and my manager.
The good thingsYou will learn a lot from this construction company. Unfortunately, I wanted to experience more about construction especially site works because I am now currently worked inside the Plant only. My knowledge is limited only about fabrication of square piles.
The challengesThe competitiveness in this company. I dont feel the atmosphere though but it is bearable.

The good thingsThe company trains its newly hired employees to their trade in Construction and Engineering. The company provides relevant experienced in the vertical, horizontal and ports & harbor Construction for their employees through teamwork and coordination by the help of the Top Management.
The challengesThe challenges mainly are the working environment for the workers since the present danger is imminent but there are safety officers to keep the project site to have zero accident. In addition, the salary not so competitive and the management is strict in their policy and implementation of it.
