Still thankful that my first job is here, it greatly contributed in my professional growth. Though i didnt end up working here forever, i had a great time. Wishing the continuous success of Sir Mike and team.
The good thingsThe salary that Company offers is high compare to other local audit firms. As a fresh graduate, considering this as your first company will give you an advantage since you can acquire lots of knowledge here, professional growth is increasing too since the "Boss" will assign you other roles.
    The challengesClient demands, understaffed, workloads.

The good thingsHandling different clients and engagements helped me improve not only my technical competencies but most especially my interpersonal skills.
The challengesProbably the main challenge in every auditing firm is the time management especially during the audit season. Managing your time to not only beat the deadlines, but also get enough time to rest in between. Audit is fun, but without time management, that will lead to total disaster.

    It's a great experience
The good thingsI learned how to communicate to my workmates and the clients I handle. I managed to balance my time between my work and life. I gained confidence to the different task that was given to me.
The challengesThere are times that you really gonna be stressed because of the workloads especially when they have the same deadlines.

I have a great experience, and I learned many things.
The good thingsMy employer is great; he is kind, respectful, and a humble person. He taught us very well on how I will do in my work. He'll open up and share what are the things that will create great things to come up with the company's goals. He always listens to our suggestions and comments to improve the company. He always considers us, or his employees. He always explains the right thing in a nice way. Cool
The challengesI like challenges, I vouched many documents and I will meet the deadline to finish it... This is my training ground to learn more about those things, because salary is not only the measurement of your greatness but the true measurement of it, is what you have learned, because no one can stole it from you, your \"knowledge\" that you can share to your pursuing dreams and to become more productive...
