The good thingsThere's a deep sense of satisfaction that comes when I complete a task, project or solve a problem and I see the impact. Maybe a client is happy, a coworker says thank you, or something runs more smoothly because of my effort. That moment reminds me to work better. It's motivate me so much to keep going, because im not just doing my job i making a real difference, even in small ways.
The challengesWhen team communication is unclear or inconsistent, it can lead to misunderstanding, duplicated work or missed deadlines. Improving how people share updates, give feedback and ask questions can make the whole team more efficient and reduce stress. Even simple changes like regular check ins or using the right tools to stay connected can make a big difference in how to smoothly things run.

The Work-Life Balance You've Always Wanted
The good thingsThe company's internship program offers promising training and compensation. Since they're based in the province, a housing allowance is also provided. After a few months, interns will be sent abroad for additional training and eventually, regular employment. Employees/colleagues as well as the administration are easy to approach and are willing to teach what they know. :) Reasonable workload.
The challengesThe internship program the company's offering could have been managed better by if the program's curriculum and timeline were more strictly followed. Training time can still be maximized to help the interns develop/hone their skills further. A mentor could have also been more hands-on with the interns by conducting regular one-on-one study sessions.
