Honestly, I never imagined that I would stay here for 6 years but this company really amazing and I have greatly enjoyed strengthening inventory accuracy and control processes while working with a team that values accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
    The challengesOne area for improvement is the standardization of inventory monitoring and reporting across branches to minimize discrepancies and enhance overall efficiency.

    The challengesThe trust given to me by the company as the Branch Head Nurse/Trainer of Wink Alabang Town Center and the support from my teammates pushed me to give my best, even on the most exhausting days. There were moments of doubt, long hours, and challenges, but every bit of effort was worth it. Being recognized for my work made me realize that dedication, heart, and staying true to our core values never go unnoticed.
