    The challenges- Management sucks. - Management do not appreciate their employees who work really hard. Instead, they acknowledge more their senior employees which some of them only watch youtube. - Hiring process is unnecessary very hard. - Performance evaluation and promotion is inconsistent. - Hard to switch role or become full stack developer
