    Not recommended if you have an experience, but for the fresh grad, they can earn experience.

    The challengesA lot! Salary- very low ball. They never increase, unless you will be promoted as managerial position but still the rate is low. Work life balance- none! Even sunday, they will try to reached you for an overtime work. Sometimes they pay, mostly not! Toxic environment- politics inside the office are uncontrollable. They will do their best to make sipsip to the boss Overloaded tasks

    Working in this company is great because of friendly co-workers and good benefits.
    The good thingsI really enjoyed working here because of friendly co-workers especially in our division, we have a strong bond that cannot be easily broke. A good and nice boss, he has a very good heart for all of his employees he provide everything as long as it is company needs aside from that every 3pm (break time) he spent money for the snacks of his employees. Lastly, a good benefits. They provide a satisfactory benefits and salary.
    The challengesMaybe in some department they should improve having a good relations with their co - workers in order to solve or minimize the problems in embezzlement of funds. Be careful also in checking all data especially in sales.

    The good thingsi enjoyed working here because the owner of this company is so generous. when he comes here just to visit the branch, he always gives us some pleasure. he always makes us to be happy and assures to us that we are safe in here, and we choose the best. i hope that God will continue to bless them, and give back to them all the things that they did.
    The challengesthe most challenging part of my job is that we are lack of employee in our department. we always have over times just to finish our everyday transactions. and its so hard for us to take some leave because we need to finish all transactions and when we comes back, we need again to take some overtime just to finish our pending.
