    Good for working experience if you are a fresh graduate.
    The good thingsUnder new management, experiencing corporate world was a good thing for individual like us who are new in the business world. Working with management who will treat you like a family and give you a chance to grow as individual is a very good deal.
    The challengesDeadlines and pressure are some basic challenges f you are working on corporate world, there's an easy way but one thing is for sure, no shortcuts.

    It was awesome to work with heart.
    The good thingsI am working with awesome people and it was so nice to know more things other than what I have known when I was in school. Our Boss is one of a kind, He is so understanding and He always listen in every thing that his personnel saying.
    The challengesIt is challenging beacause you can meet different people in different scenario. There are times that you will think to give up and leave this job but if you will face the challeges in your own way, beleive me you will feel that greatness inside you, your self esteem will be develope.

    The good thingsI've learned a lot about myself here! And I think I've met enough types of bosses here so the next 'difficult' ones should be a piece of cake! One thing I loved here was that we get to conceptualize our own promotions and set our own guidelines as per approved and mandated by DTI of course. Overall though, I'm glad to have worked with them.
    The challengesIt was difficult to reason out with someone related to the founder/owner of the business especially if he/she's closed-minded and have already made up his/her mind about something so no more room for improvement.

    The good thingsMost of the people from my department were approachable and easy to mingle with. Is easy to adapt with their culture and work can be learn easily. People are less aggressive when it comes to new idea but there is a sense of belongingness with the group.
    The challengesUnfortunately the company is not run through Corporate Governance, since it is a family businesss most of the decisions comes from the family members, which for me is okay since they own the company. However, sometimes this affects the directions of the business the and growth of individuals.
