    The good thingsI would always love to go back here, because of my colleagues. The management is okay too, but what made me stay is the very good environment in our department. We work together with integrity and respect with each other. We are very sincere with what we do. We love our job.
    The challengesThere are challenges and battles in every company. It depends on how we would take each challenge. In my case, I took everything as an inspiration to be more productive and mature. That is why, it took me a long time to decide to leave, to find a more salary compensating company. I really love my work in this industry.
