Santa Cruz Laguna21 to 22 years in the role, former employee
22 years as Branch Operations Officer at Tupperware Brands Philippines, with proven expertise in operations management, inventory control, credit and collections, and team leadership. Known for loyalty, adaptability, and consistently delivering efficient branch performance while building lasting customer and dealer relationships.
The good thingsI love working for Tupperware Brands Philippines Inc. With 22 years of dedicated service as a Branch Operations Officer at Tupperware Brands Philippines, I have developed deep expertise in branch operations, inventory management, credit and collections, and sales support. My long tenure reflects a high level of loyalty, reliability, and adaptability, having successfully navigated changes in business models, systems, and market trends. I have consistently contributed to business growth by ensuring operational efficiency, building strong relationships with customers and dealers, and mentoring team members to achieve peak performance. Skilled in problem-solving under pressure, I bring a proven ability to maintain smooth operations and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
The challengesMy only regret was when the company ceased operations in the Philippines, which ended a long and fulfilling career with a brand I deeply valued My departure from Tupperware Brands Philippines was solely due to the company’s closure of operations in the country, ending a long and rewarding 22-year career in which I was proud to contribute to its success.

Approachable and Open-minded Staff. Good and Affordable products!
The good thingsI enjoyed the SALES AND PROMO'S they've offered. I love how they increases my credit line and those 25% discount especially the rebates. I've been thankful to the considerations and patience they showed especially during times of due dates. You can count on every staff they have and they will help you whenever they can. I am an Independent Group Supervisor (IGS) and almost 2&half years as a dealer
The challengesActually, Tupperware Brands really change one's life. When I was a student, it really help me to have an extra income since my allowance is not that big to buy my needs. The greatest challenge here is on how to deal with the people especially during times of payment, but as an entrepreneur, you should set a limit and contract between you and your consumers.
