I was turned into a productive and more matured professional and I find it a great place to grow.

    The good thingsEveryday is an opportunity to learn, my colleagues are supportive enough, familial relationship is being promoted and practiced. Although there is no such thing as a perfect company but I can feel the Top Management and our Leaders sincerity and commitment to bring the company to a notch higher than its previous performance. Adequately measures performance and communicates the necessary result and the associated re-directions for us to make, the Employees. Fair enough but it could have been better if these are made crystal clear to everybody. Some Employee welfare related benefits are being extended to family members which is really good.
    The challengescoping up with tight deadlines, keeping Quality expectations and at times design work load exceeding capacity.

    The good thingsAlmost all aspect is worth the stay in this company, the company works hard to providing a healthy working environment. Great place to absorb and learn the ideal working ethics. The company has never missed providing its employees their rightful benefits.
    The challengesQuite hard to find career related to shipbuilding in the country once you quit especially for Civil Engineers.As to work-profession matters, one cannot practice the full extent of the profession, but it's a choice though. As to its Management, there is no such thing a perfect organization....
