For entry level in IT especially for a programmerThe good thingsAt first year, It was good. You could say that you will be part of something big. Something bigger than yourself because they are rebuilding their ERP System. But the problem is they don't want to spend more on a experience developer.
So, entry level is good. They even have a training of your choice. That is after your regularization or/and after your one year employment there.
If you are searching for a job that will challenge your business analytics skills, they got lots of it.
The good things I can highlight there is they have a nice benefits.
The challenges- Also at first, I don't think it will affect me that much if I work from Monday to Saturday but it does. So, do think that twice.
- I have difficulty on negotiating a salary increase.
- IT Dept. there have a lots of demanding internal customers. They also have affiliate company that needs to consider in designing your code.(Also in maintaining your code)
- Even though I said it is good for entry level. As programmer, you should know how to teach yourself first. Also you should know how to build your fundamentals. Coz they are not IT Company.
