    The good thingsTRT offers global exposure. Employees will be exposed in a dynamic organization that will push themselves beyond their comfort zone and will help them grow professionally. In addition, the salary that the company provides is higher than average. Equal opportunities are given to employees. Employees potential for growth is also considered during evaluations.
    The challengesBeing a dynamic organization, TRT has no space for people who cannot keep up with the pace. No room for people with no sense of urgency and people who lack time management skills. One needs to have ambition, commitment, and responsibility in order to flourish in this environment.
