    To be blunt, this company could’ve been decent — the workload is manageable and the staff try their best — but everything falls apart because of one major problem: the CEO. Never in my entire career have I encountered a leader so full of himself, so disconnected, and so toxic. It’s not just poor management — it’s a walking red flag. Engineers are often unpaid or delayed, causing a constant cycle of resignations and headaches for managers. People come and go because no one wants to stay in a place where leadership acts like a dictator and treats employees like disposable tools. You’d think this kind of behavior only happens in movies or nightmares, but this company lives it daily. Working here feels like being stuck in a place that’s run straight out of Satan’s playbook — except it’s real, and you don’t wake up.
    The good thingsI would like to express my appreciation for the compensation package offered. I believe that it is competitive and reflects the responsibilities of the role. The combination of base salary, benefits, and incentives shows that the company values the contributions of its employees.
    The challengesIf you’re looking for a job with manageable tasks and light workloads, this company can offer that — but be warned: the management, especially the CEO, is where everything falls apart. The CEO has a serious reputation for not paying engineers on time, which makes it incredibly hard for managers to retain or even find people willing to work here. It creates a ripple effect that frustrates everyone from top to bottom. The work itself isn’t difficult, but you’ll constantly feel the pressure from the chaos caused by poor leadership. I’ve worked in several companies before, but the attitude of this CEO is on a different level — toxic, arrogant, and totally unprofessional. It's the kind of behavior you think only exists in movies or viral workplace horror stories — until you experience it firsthand. Pros: Easy workload Good teammates (mostly just trying to survive together) Cons: Worst CEO I’ve encountered No respect for engineers’ time and pay
