Able to build connections with the people on the floor. I saw the majority of the employees are happier. Looking for a brighter future for everyone.
    The challengesIn any industry, there will always be a challenge to face, and every step of the way is exciting, fulfilling so long it is well communicated to the employees. Of course, there will be some individuals that will not agree as you do the changes BUT for the benefit of all, it's worth doing.
