    No career growth and no salary increase
    The good thingsMy colleagues were very kind, like they were very good friends
    The challengesNo room for growth in this company unless you are willing to stay half of your life. Salary increase is almost non-existent. And those higher ups either dont know the overall work done or have little knowledge. The company is also not pro-employee.

    A company that is not pro employee specially if you are in rank and file position.
    The good thingsI met a lot of good people in this company, its like a second home to me.
    The challengesYou have to do it right on the first time. Standard work ethic is not that good but its not bad as well. Blaming is always part of the job. No career growth. Benefits are for high positioned individuals only.

    The good thingsThe people in the R&D Department knows how to manage their time. The time to work and the time to relax.
    The challengesIt is not advisable for introverts, people who has a loner-style of working. If you can adapt, then you are welcome.
