It was an eye-opener experience. The good thingsThe management will support you in whatever you need for training but not that much. Mostly, I learn the things that I need to do by myself and from the tips of my colleagues. What I like about this company is that you will be treated by the management as family. You will also have opportunities to be trained in Iloilo, Manila, or Davao. They are also very hands-on to their employees.
The challengesThe challenges that I had was the adjustment in my working environment since I will be meeting new people. These new people have their working environment and their pace of work is not really similar to my previous internship wherein I can easily cope with the scope of work.
