    The organization lacks structure, with no proper internal systems and processes in place. As a result, you will have to dedicate your entire day from morning to night. From HR to your superiors, you will receive no proper guidance, and ultimately, you may end up doing meaningless work.
    The good thingsNONE! People here are inconsiderate. You will work 24/7 NO WORKLIFE BALANCE

    The challengesI am extremely disappointed with the HR department at this company. From day one, there has been no proper orientation regarding employee benefits. I had to figure everything out on my own, with little to no support or guidance from HR. On top of that, there are constant discrepancies in my salary. It seems like no one is able to address these issues, and every time I raise a concern, it gets brushed aside without any clear resolution. This has created a lot of frustration and confusion. The lack of communication and transparency from HR is unacceptable. Furthermore, there are no travel allowances, no overtime pay, and no night differential, which are basic benefits that should be part of any job. I expect far better support and organization from a company of this size. Would not recommend.

    I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The HR Manager was highly unprofessional, and they delayed processing my final pay. The manager told me they are a fast-paced company, but when it comes to salary, they are ridiculously slow. Additionally, the manager was uncooperative and ignored my messages and calls when I tried to follow up about my salary. The company suffers from poor management overall, and the people in higher-ranking positions are not friendly or approachable.
    The good thingsThe only good thing about this company is their office, but the people inside are terrible.
    The challengesThere are no challenges in the work itself; the only challenge is figuring out how to approach workers who are not approachable.

    Good co-workers but poor management (stressful management)
    The good thingsI enjoyed being a Sales Associate, the everyday assignments as well as my co-workers. We support each other when it comes to workloads.
    The challengesAbout the unhealthy management, they not even appreciate small efforts, they not even give some space as well as the peace of mind to the staffs when it comes to absences due to sickness. Staffs needs peace of mind actually so that staffs can gain more energy and be in good condition right after the sickness and because of that staff will be more effective and efficient in the work again.

    Care for the people
    The good thingsWhat I like most with the company is that they give their people the chance to grow. You can see that there are numerous promotions of people.
    The challengesThey don't value the effort of their people. A simple appreciation could have a big impact to a person. In addition, compensation of the people are always given late. Annual increase in the salary are year late and is not being added in the basic pay but given like a bonus.
