Overall the experience was just fine. Although I enjoyed the job it didn't fit to what career path I was aiming for.The good thingsI like my colleagues a lot. If not for them I wouldn't have stayed for long.
The challengesFirst, was the project manager. I think he was not a team player. Second, was mainly the management they have a poor management. They don't value their employees that well. Lastly, was the salary. Even if you've done everything for the growth of the it doesn't reflect to your salary quite well.
